Description

The AquaIllumination Blade GloFish® 21" is a slim, programmable LED strip light designed for freshwater GloFish® aquariums. Its specialized LED spectrum combines white, blue, ultraviolet, and red diodes to enhance the fluorescent coloration of GloFish® fish while also providing usable output for live aquatic plants.

The 21-inch Blade GloFish® uses two LED segments with EdgeField optics for wide, even coverage and integrated smart control through the Mobius and myAI apps, with onboard controls available for quick manual adjustments.

GloFish® Spectrum

The Blade GloFish® uses a specialized LED mix designed to enhance the fluorescent colors of GloFish® fish while maintaining output suitable for live aquatic plants. Cool White, Royal Blue, UV, and Red channels provide a combination of white illumination and fluorescence-focused spectrum.

Each LED segment contains 20 diodes. The 21-inch fixture includes two segments.

LED Configuration Per Segment:

Cool White: 6 | Royal Blue: 6 | UV: 6 | Red: 2

EdgeField Optics

EdgeField optics are designed to provide even PAR distribution, consistent color mixing and broad coverage across the aquarium. The optical system produces a 95-degree spread while maintaining a crisp, natural shimmer.

Control and Compatibility

Blade GloFish® includes integrated smart control and can be configured and programmed through the Mobius or myAI app on a compatible iOS or Android device. Users can adjust brightness and spectrum, create automated schedules, and select lighting programs from a mobile device.

Onboard controls are also included for quick adjustments without using an app.

Mounting

The Blade GloFish® includes Low Profile Tank Rests. The tank rests can extend up to 4.5 inches on either side of the fixture, providing up to 9 inches of total adjustment.

Additional Blade mounting options are available separately for installations requiring a different mounting configuration.
