Nero 5 Powerhead (3000 GPH)

Description

The AquaIllumination Nero 5 is a compact controllable circulation pump designed to provide broad, directional water movement in aquariums from approximately 40 to 100+ gallons. It delivers flow up to 3,000 gallons per hour and uses an adjustable magnetic mount that allows the pump to be aimed where additional circulation is needed.

The Nero 5 includes integrated smart control and can be programmed through the Mobius app on compatible iOS and Android devices. It is also compatible with the myAI app and can be integrated with Neptune Systems Apex through an optional MXM module.

Directional Water Movement

The Nero 5 uses an adjustable magnetic mounting system that provides a wide range of movement, allowing the direction of flow to be changed based on the aquarium layout and circulation requirements.

Its compact dimensions allow the pump to provide high-volume circulation while minimizing the amount of equipment positioned inside the aquarium.

Control and Compatibility

The Nero 5 includes integrated smart control and can be configured and programmed through the Mobius app on a compatible iOS or Android device. It is also compatible with the myAI app.

The Nero 5 can be controlled through Neptune Systems Apex and Apex Fusion using a separately purchased MXM module and compatible Apex controller.

Included Nero Guard

The included Nero Guard installs around the pump to provide additional protection for small, slow-moving, or curious aquarium inhabitants while maintaining water flow through the pump.
