Description
The EcoTech Marine Radion G5 to G6 Upgrade Kit - XR30 Pro allows an existing Radion XR30 G5 Pro or XR30 G5 Blue to be upgraded to the G6 Pro platform without replacing the entire light fixture. The kit replaces the LED cluster and lens, converting the fixture to the G6 Pro spectrum and HEI2 optical system while retaining the existing XR30 G5 heat sink and driver platform.
The G6 Pro configuration provides a balanced full-spectrum output with additional capability in the blue and UV range. The HEI2 optical system increases the output angle from approximately 110.5 degrees on the G5 platform to 126.3 degrees on G6, providing wider spread and more even PAR distribution.

G6 Pro Spectrum
The XR30 G6 Pro uses a rebalanced diode mix designed to provide comprehensive full-spectrum output with additional capability in the blue and ultraviolet portions of the spectrum. The addition of 395nm diodes extends output deeper into the UV range, while changes across the blue and deep-blue channels provide additional spectrum control and fluorescence.

HEI2 Optical System
The upgrade combines the G6 LED cluster with the included HEI lens to create the Hybrid Hemispherically Edge Illuminating (HEI2) optical system. G6 increases the output angle from approximately 110.5 degrees on G5 to 126.3 degrees, providing broader coverage, improved color mixing and more even PAR distribution.
